Milenita (Milena Sánchez Rodríguez), a Cuban content creator now living in Miami, shared a video on Instagram this Friday, taking her followers on a room-by-room tour of the first home she purchased with her partner, El Puti, in the city.
"This is my first house here in the United States, in Miami. My very first home. We're going to keep improving it and make it even more beautiful," the creator shared during the nearly three-minute walkthrough.
A few days before the video, she had officially announced the purchase on Instagram, sharing photos of the closing, the property keys, and a celebration complete with cake and sparkling wine.
In the video, Milenita showcases a residence featuring wooden floors in the bedrooms, a chandelier, its own washer and dryer, several bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen, all still awaiting furnishings.
One of the rooms is designated as a professional video and live streaming studio: "I'm planning to set up a complete video studio here," she explained while touring the space.
She couldn't hide her delight regarding the washer and dryer: "Now I have my washer and dryer, so no more criticism."
At the end of the tour, El Puti offered encouragement to the Cuban community: "One day at a time, step by step, keep moving forward, because it is possible."

Milenita and El Puti moved to Miami in 2025, starting "from scratch" after leaving their families behind in Cuba. Having graduated in Medicine on the island, she resumed her studies in the United States to obtain a nursing license.
