"Honestly, I was very scared last night when I picked up the envelope. I didn't even want to open it; I wanted my husband to do it because I was stressed out, expecting a bill of who knows how many thousands," the first-time mom admitted.
Her surprise turned out to be a pleasant one. The total bill for her baby's care came to $1,330.13, with her insurance covering $997.60, leaving her with a balance of $332.53.
