Described as having a slim build, light brown skin, short gray hair, and large light brown eyes, the Cuban stands approximately 1.65 meters tall and weighs 56 kilograms.
Since the official notice lacks distinctive features, the clothing he was last seen wearing could be crucial for identification: a red t-shirt, denim pants, and a red cap.
"He has been missing since August 19, 2026, and there is still no news of his whereabouts," stated the Attorney General's Office.
As of Sunday, no leads have been released regarding his location or the circumstances of his disappearance.
