The Northglenn Police Department in Colorado issued a public safety alert this morning in search of Alexei Munive Rodríguez, a 48-year-old Cuban man suspected of a homicide that occurred Friday night in this northern Denver suburb.
According to an official statement from the Northglenn Police, officers responded shortly after 10 p.m. Friday to a reported stabbing on the 10500 block of Irma Drive, where they discovered a victim with knife wounds. Despite efforts to save the individual, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities quickly identified Munive Rodríguez, originally from Ciego de Ávila and a barber by trade, as the suspect and issued an alert to all law enforcement agencies across Colorado.

The police have described Munive Rodríguez as armed and dangerous, cautioning the public to avoid any interaction. "Do not attempt to approach, follow, or confront him. If you see him, call 911 immediately," the department's statement urged.
Multiple state agencies in Colorado are involved in the search, which is being coordinated by the Northglenn Police Department under the leadership of Chief James S. May Jr. The investigation is documented under case number 26-4717.
