The ordeal began when the manager of a gas station in the southern part of the city reacted aggressively after she complained about a malfunctioning fuel pump.

The video, uploaded by @vida_fresitaoficial, details the events of Thursday, August 7, at a gas station located in an area of Las Vegas with a significant homeless population. The woman, who goes by Soy_VIDA, explained that she paid for her gas at the counter, but when she attempted to pump the fuel, the machine wouldn't work. After waiting a few minutes hoping it would activate, she returned inside to inform the attendant.

It was then that the station's manager approached her. "She turned to look at me and said, 'yes, yes, yes,' but in a very ugly, shouted, horrible manner," the woman recounted. The combination of the environment—surrounded by homeless individuals—and the employee’s demeanor frightened her immediately.
