Cuban singer Charly has achieved a significant personal milestone by purchasing his first home in Miami. He celebrated this achievement on Instagram, showcasing a makeshift red bow across the front door with the caption, "Improvised bow, dream fulfilled!! 1st."
Beside him throughout this journey was his girlfriend, Cuban influencer Esmeralda Deulof, an aspect that caught the attention of many.
The couple, who made their relationship public in April 2026, shared the experience of signing the papers at the real estate agent's office and together cut the ribbon to officially open their new home.
Esmeralda, who boasts over 300,000 Instagram followers, quickly commented with heartfelt words that delighted fans: "This is the beginning of many blessings to come, my love. So proud of you, here's to much more."
His duo partner Johayron joined the celebration with a simple yet enthusiastic "Awaaaaa," while reggaeton artist Nicky Jam added a flurry of fire and lion emojis, garnering over 200 reactions.
The post quickly amassed over 20,400 likes, demonstrating the affection the Cuban community in Miami has for the artist.
This home is the latest in a series of achievements Charly has accumulated in recent years. In June 2024, prior to owning his own home, he gifted his parents a house with a pool in Cuba, expressing, "My parents have given me everything… Today it's my turn to repay them."
In February of this year, he took his mother to Las Vegas to fulfill another of her dreams, and by April 2025, he had already flaunted a Lamborghini as his new luxury car.
Three years after arriving in Miami without a home or car, Charly is now signing deeds, toasting with champagne, and doing it all with Esmeralda by his side. It's hard to imagine a more satisfying chapter conclusion.
