Venezuelan influencer Isabella Ladera has taken social media by storm with a collection of touching and personal photos after welcoming her son Koa on July 11 in Miami. Within just a few days, these images have garnered millions of reactions.

The first snapshot was shared on Instagram, showcasing the moment Isabella gave birth to Koa, accompanied by a heartfelt message that deeply resonated with her followers: "Giving birth reminded me that life always knows the way. It was about surrendering without giving up. Today, I understood that the body isn't made to resist pain but to transform it into life. I love you, Koa. Thank you for choosing us and staying."

The following day, Isabella posted another update featuring her eldest daughter, Mía Antonella, tenderly kissing her newborn brother, with the caption, "Twenty-four hours on a cloud."

Isabella also shared a family carousel that included strolls around their Miami neighborhood, with Mía pushing Koa's stroller and capturing sweet sibling moments. "Mom of two on cloud nine. The best big sister in the world but forever our little girl," she wrote.

In all the photos, Koa's face is covered with a heart emoji, a deliberate move by Isabella to protect her son's privacy.

Koa is Isabella's second child and the first for her partner, Peruvian model and influencer Hugo García, who commented on the initial photos with, "My life in two pictures."

The birth was a humanized home birth, taking place in an inflatable pool without anesthesia. After 26 hours of labor, Koa arrived with just three final pushes, and his amniotic sac remained intact.

Isabella and Hugo García made their relationship public last year, announcing the pregnancy this past February. In April, they disclosed they were expecting a boy with a Formula 1-themed photo session.

Shortly before giving birth, Isabella candidly showed her unfiltered body, revealing she gained nearly 20 kilograms during the pregnancy, prioritizing the baby's well-being, and mentioned she plans to wait six to seven weeks before resuming physical exercise.
