Efforts to locate missing Cuban citizens in Venezuela remain active this Saturday, following the catastrophic earthquakes that struck on Wednesday, June 24.

According to monitoring by elToque via social media and community platforms, over 30 Cubans are still missing, with the majority concentrated in the state of La Guaira.

The areas of Caraballeda, Catia La Mar, and Los Corales—where numerous buildings collapsed—are the epicenters of these cases.

The citizen platform Encuéntralos has recorded a staggering 77,913 individuals unaccounted for across the nation after the quakes, which measured 7.2 and 7.5 in magnitude.

Among the most distressing cases are Vanessa Martínez and Dayan Martínez, two young Cuban siblings from Mayabeque, living with their father—a Cuban doctor who chose to stay in Venezuela after completing a mission—in the Coral Beach building in Los Corales. Their mother resides in Cuba.

Additionally, a family of at least six members is missing: Alain Rodríguez Rojas, Teresa Rojas Rodríguez, Raudel Diosdado Rodríguez, Dylan Sander Rodríguez Yánez, Gladys María Padrón, and Yadina de la Caridad Yánez Linares. They were last seen in the Oasis Beach and Resjurel buildings in La Guaira. A widely shared social media poster describes them as "a family living in La Guaira in the Oasis and Resjurel buildings."

Cuban artist El Funky has called for help on social media to locate Silvio René Garzón Molina, last seen in the Los Corales area, Caraballeda.

The official tally from the earthquakes has reached 920 fatalities and over 3,360 injuries, while the UN estimates up to 50,000 missing nationwide.
