The Cuban influencer known as Ultra, real name Jorge Ramón Batista Calero, has made headlines once again. This time, he hinted at purchasing a Ford Mustang Shelby GT350R, celebrating with a quip that quickly went viral among the Cuban community in Miami: "I've outgrown the Toyotas of Hialeah."

This memorable moment was captured in a video shared by Leandis Martínez, owner of the dealership “El Primo Autos,” on his Instagram account. The clip amassed nearly 85,000 views within a few hours.

The footage shows Ultra at the dealership, proudly showing off his new ride and making his trademark jabs at the more modest cars typically found in Hialeah, a quintessential Cuban enclave in the Miami metropolitan area.

“I need someone to get me a Lambo because those Infinitis, Toyotas, and all those Nissans in Hialeah, I'm not at that level anymore,” the influencer declared in the video, laughing and maintaining his usual carefree style.

The car salesman, identified as "Lachepi," concluded the video with the words: "Sold by cousin Lachepi."

The Ford Mustang Shelby GT350R is a high-performance muscle car featuring a 5.2L V8 "Voodoo" engine with 526 horsepower, a six-speed manual transmission, Brembo brakes, and Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires. The base price for the 2020 model was around $74,630, though used units or special editions can exceed $100,000.

Hialeah, renowned for its high concentration of Cuban residents, is culturally tied to mid-range cars like Toyota, Infiniti, or Nissan. Ultra's comment carries a socially humorous undertone that resonates with the Cuban-American audience.

This acquisition adds to a growing trend among Cuban influencers in Miami who showcase sports and luxury cars as symbols of success in exile. For instance, Carnota bought a red Chevrolet Corvette C8 in November 2024, and Oniel Bebeshito gifted a Mercedes G-Wagon valued at $182,000 to Rachel Arderi in February 2025.

Originally from Holguín, Ultra immigrated to the United States, initially settling in Kentucky before making Miami his home, where he built an audience with his controversial content about life in exile. His personal life has also been in the spotlight: he confirmed his separation from Amanda Sanz, the mother of his two daughters, in January 2025 after seven years together.

He is currently in a relationship with influencer Claudia Artiles, with whom he faced the loss of an expected baby earlier this year. Artiles has also made headlines recently for undergoing a cosmetic procedure that sparked debate on social media.

In September 2025, Ultra also made news by undergoing a hair transplant surgery in Miami, which he documented publicly.

With the Shelby GT350R now in his garage, Ultra is already eyeing his next step up: a Lamborghini.
