Niurka Marcos has once again stirred up controversy by responding to comments made by her former partner, Cuban singer Eduardo Antonio—familiarly known as "El Divo de Placetas"—regarding their relationship on the reality show, La Casa de los Famosos, where he is currently a participant.
Throughout the program, Eduardo Antonio has frequently spoken about his past with the Cuban vedette, claiming they were together for approximately two years. He has praised her as organized and a wonderful companion off-camera.
However, Niurka dismissed these claims in a recent interaction with the media. "We never got married. Our relationship only lasted a few months. It's untrue that it went on for two years; that's a major lie," declared the Cuban actress.
Niurka didn't hold back when commenting on her ex's romantic life. "I was obviously aware he was bisexual, but he has a thing for wealthy older women. He's always been involved with rich, older lovers. He's the kind of person who has to live in a mansion, which is why he had those relationships," she stated.
In her famously provocative style, Niurka delivered one of the most viral lines on social media: "Eduardo Antonio clings to anything without knowing where it comes from. He thinks he's Tarzan, but he's Jane."
Despite her harsh words, Niurka concluded with a more conciliatory message for her ex, wishing him well in the reality show. "I hope he does very well, that he lasts as long as possible, and if he wins, great, because that's what the project is for, to get involved in the drama," she concluded.
