Renowned musician David Calzado has misplaced his passport in Lima, Peru, and is seeking assistance from his supporters to retrieve it.
"I've lost my passport, which contains all my visas. If anyone can find it, I'd really appreciate it. I'm around Comandante Espinares Street," stated Calzado, the director of Charanga Habanera, in an Instagram video.
Adding to his request, he commented, "To all my followers living in Miraflores, please note it was near Comandante Espinar and Calle 2 de Mayo. The passport is the only thing of importance."
Back in late 2025, Calzado's home in Havana became the site of a fire and an alleged attempted robbery.
Earlier that year, the Charanga Habanera leader refuted rumors about relocating to the United States. Despite frequent visits, he expressed a preference for Spain if he ever decides to leave Cuba.
