Danay Cruz Celebrates Engagement in Paris: "The Ring Was Too Big!"

In a delightful twist, Cuban actress Danay Cruz captivated her fans by revealing her engagement in the City of Lights. The proposal, which took place beneath the glistening Eiffel Tower, was a blend of elegance and surprise.

The actress shared the exciting news on her Instagram account, where she recounted the enchanting evening she described as unforgettable.

As Danay explained, the evening began with what seemed to be a typical outing. Her partner, Maxime, suggested she dress up for his company's New Year's Eve celebration.

Although she suspected a proposal might happen during the winter season, she was caught off guard when it happened that night. Upon arrival, noticing no familiar faces, Maxime revealed that the evening was part of a grander plan.

The duo then headed to dine on the Don Juan, a Michelin-star restaurant cruise along the Seine River. Danay described it as "the only boat in the world with Michelin stars."

During the scenic dinner cruise, Danay's suspicions grew, but as the night went on, she thought it might just be a memorable night.

"He seemed too relaxed and handsome in his suit," she noted.

The pivotal moment arrived when Maxime invited her to the deck to witness the Eiffel Tower's illumination. With Paris providing a magical backdrop, the proposal unfolded.

"The rest is history... I found myself with a ring on my finger, in the arms of a man I love deeply, promising eternity," Danay expressed, confirming her immediate acceptance.

"I said yes! Thank you, future husband, for choosing me and for this unforgettable night," she concluded, sharing photos and videos of the event.

Originally from Báguanos, Holguín, Danay Cruz honed her craft at the Manuel Muñoz Cedeño Professional Art School in Bayamo.
