Saturday, December 6, 2025 by Daniel Colon

Cuban fighter Leonardo Perdomo, famously known as The Zambo of Cienfuegos, continues his unstoppable streak by making history in the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC). He has achieved an impressive record of 10 victories without a single defeat, all by knockout.

Now based in Miami, the Cienfuegos native demonstrated on Friday why he is regarded as the man to beat in the heavyweight division of bare-knuckle boxing.

At the BKFC 86 event, held at Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Perdomo faced undefeated Corey "What U Talkin’ About" Willis. Willis attempted to slow the match with clinches and shoves but to no avail.

Nonetheless, The Zambo showcased his power, dominating from start to finish. He knocked Willis down four times before the referee stopped the fight at 1:33 into the third round.

With this win, Perdomo becomes the first fighter in BKFC history to secure 10 victories in the heavyweight division. This solidifies his position as the top contender and brings him closer to a much-anticipated title match against current champion Ben Rothwell.

The Zambo of Cienfuegos not only maintains his perfect record but also continues to build a legacy that positions him as the new face of global bare-knuckle boxing.
