The officers spoke with the victim, who revealed that he was a club member at the hotel and a regular visitor to the spa. He mentioned that he had previously scheduled massages with Ponce Rodríguez.
During the massage session, the teen was lying face up on a massage table, completely nude, with a sheet covering his lower body. The victim reported to officers that 25 minutes into the massage, Yasmina Rodríguez moved the sheet, exposing his genital area, and then began to massage him inappropriately.
