In Havana, police officers have been caught in the act of extorting a truck driver transporting agricultural products, refusing to let him proceed on his journey until he handed over part of his goods. The incident unfolded at 3:00 a.m. on Friday at the intersection of Primelles and Churruca in the Cerro municipality.
