Miami-Dade authorities have announced the arrest of four individuals linked to the murder of Delilah Ruiz, a 20-year-old Hispanic woman. Valdés, 19, faces charges of being an accessory to the murder, as he allegedly aided Clarke in escaping the crime scene.
The following day, February 11th, Clarke was located and apprehended in Houston, Texas, by local police. Along with him, Rafael Torralba and Angelina Valledor, a 17-year-old, were arrested and face charges for obstructing apprehension and prosecution.
Clarke is expected to be extradited to Florida in the coming days, where he will face murder charges. Meanwhile, friends and family of Ruiz have set up a GoFundMe page to assist with funeral expenses.
