The Cuban influencer and entrepreneur quickly responded with a strong defense of both her right to travel and her connection to Cuba. In her reply, she emphasized that returning to the island is a deeply personal decision, stating, "The island isn't about factions or ideologies; it's my home, my roots, the place where I was born." Additionally, she firmly rejected any association with communism, clarifying that she has never been nor will ever be a supporter of that ideology, and claimed that such criticisms come from "closed-minded" individuals.

The mother of Daniela also highlighted that her trips are funded through her own hard work and family support, including that of her partner, athlete Leo Leyva. "Yes, I travel, and that shouldn't concern you because I don't use your money," she stated, making it clear that she works honestly and diligently to sustain her lifestyle.

In a firm tone, Iraisel labeled as "hypocritical" those who criticize people who manage to improve their quality of life. She also pointed out the contradiction of those who sympathized with her during the hardest times in her life but now attack her success, a clear reference to the death of Cuban singer El Dany.
