Fernan from Destino Tolk Remembers His Final Moments with José Téllez on the Day of His Passing

Fernando Delgado, better known as Fernan, the host of Destino Tolk, was among the last individuals to spend time with José Téllez, also known as El Chico Bombón, on the day of his untimely death. The Cuban comedian's passing was a significant blow to the Dominican host, as the two shared a deep friendship, often embarking on outings and creating videos together for social media platforms.

"You know what's really painful? The fact that on the very day he passed, we had been talking all day. We even planned a trip for the weekend," Fernan shared with Destino Positivo. That day, they enjoyed a meal at a restaurant in Miami, where José was in high spirits, having just become a U.S. citizen and received his passport. He was eager to celebrate in Punta Cana with friends, including Fernan.

"It's a heartbreaking loss for the people of Cuba and for many Latinos who had the pleasure and honor of knowing José. He was always full of joy, maintaining a positive attitude, and I never saw him angry or in a bad mood," Destino Positivo recalled.

The trio worked together on the comedic series "No, Así No," which aired on the PRONYR TV platform, leaving them with countless funny stories to reminisce about.

José Téllez, known as El Chico Bombón, was discovered deceased in his Miami apartment on January 15th. His funeral is scheduled for January 22nd, from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., at the Funeraria Caballero Rivero, located at SW 8200 40th St, Miami.
