When it comes to breaking records, Bad Bunny has just set an astonishing one. In merely four hours, he sold 400,000 tickets for his music residency in Puerto Rico. The artist managed to sell out all 30 shows scheduled between July and September at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico, marking a complete and undeniable sellout.
Nine of these performances were sold in person, while the remaining 21 were purchased online. Ever since Bad Bunny announced this residency in his homeland, it has sparked wild enthusiasm among his Puerto Rican fans.
His latest album, "Debí tirar más fotos," dedicated to his homeland and featuring 17 tracks, has been a phenomenal success. The record set a new benchmark on Apple Music by becoming the only Spanish-language album in history to reach the number one spot in 60 countries on that platform.
