Loco Pizza, situated on Avenida Oporto #104 in Madrid, has reached a new milestone in its culinary journey. Every Cuban-style roast pork shoulder they plan to prepare between December 22 and December 31 is already reserved, following an overwhelming response from patrons and fans.
Last Monday, a massive queue stretched over four blocks in Madrid, with eager diners lining up to secure their order of this Cuban delicacy. Many sought to ensure the roast pork would be part of their family's Christmas or New Year's celebrations.
In total, the restaurant sold 200 Cuban-style roast pork shoulders, each priced around 50 euros, highlighting the significant interest in their culinary offering. The recipe has won the hearts of many with its crispy skin and tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat, becoming a holiday staple for numerous families in Madrid.
The team at Loco Pizza expressed their gratitude towards the customers who made this success possible: "Thank you all for your support," they shared on their TikTok profile, @loccopizza.
This phenomenon underscores Loco Pizza's popularity within the Latin community in Madrid and its ability to blend Cuban traditions with the affection of their Spanish followers.
