Cuban influencer Flor de Cuba has left her followers in awe by unveiling her dramatic physical transformation after just a month of overhauling her diet. At 31, she candidly shared her journey towards better health, emphasizing the noticeable results since cutting out processed foods and prioritizing fruits and vegetables in her daily meals. "This is how bloated and chubby I was two months ago. I knew I needed to make a change, so I started dieting, and this is where I am now," she revealed. Determined to prioritize her health and physique, Flor is more committed than ever.
"You all know I'm 31, and at this age, you can't play around with weight gain. I believe that what a woman eats in her 30s will greatly impact her future, especially regarding her body and health," she added alongside a video where she reflected on the significance of diet at this stage in life. Flor offered insights into her new eating habits that have facilitated this change. "I cut out all sweets, rice, and bread. I started eating fruits and natural fruit juices. I eliminated all processed and chemical foods, favoring only organic and natural options. My meals now consist of vegetables, meat, fish, or seafood," she detailed, showcasing a typical lunch plate in her video.
Commitment to a Healthier Lifestyle
In her quest for a healthier lifestyle, Flor de Cuba recently took up gym workouts. However, she attributes her physical change more to her revamped diet than to exercise. "I don't think the weight loss is due to the gym; it's all about the diet. Whether it's weight loss or reduced bloating, the results are evident," she expressed, delighted by her body's transformation.
Additionally, Flor reflected on her past cosmetic surgery, sharing that she underwent liposuction five months ago. Despite the procedure, she felt that poor eating habits had undone her surgical achievements. "I lost everything I worked for in surgery, and it's just not worth it," she lamented, urging her followers to join her in this new chapter of maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
"In the third photo, you can see how my abdomen looked less than a month ago. I've been on this diet for only two weeks, eating just vegetables, fruits, and meat, and the change has been incredible. Not only that, but my skin has improved too," commented Flor de Cuba alongside several photos showing her current physique.
