In the wake of his tragic passing, fans of El Taiger have flooded social media with tributes to the reggaeton artist who was shot in the head. Since his death on October 10th, admirers have sought ways to commemorate his influence as a leading figure in Cuba's urban music scene. Some are choosing to immortalize his image on their skin, like a devoted fan in Madrid who tattooed El Taiger's face on her left thigh.
Ada María Pino Martínez shared a video on her Instagram account displaying the creation of this large tattoo, set to the backdrop of his track "Un cuerpazo." The tattoo artist skillfully captured El Taiger's distinctive features, his expressions, and the essence of the photo from which the image was taken. The artwork even includes the tattoos on his face, parts of his neck and head, and the nose piercing he famously wore.
Notably, several fellow artists and colleagues, including Dany Ome, Lenier Mesa, and Alex Duvall, have also gotten tattoos. They bear the initials LBMA as a tribute to El Taiger, further cementing his impact and the deep respect he commanded among peers and fans alike.
