Cuban singer Oniel Bebeshito, a fellow artist who has voiced his sorrow over the shooting of El Taiger, shared a touching letter on social media this Monday, addressed to the reggaeton artist, whose real name is José Manuel Carbajal Zaldívar. Bebeshito posted two images on Facebook: one showing a photograph of El Taiger and another displaying the letter. He did not clarify whether the words were his own, penned by someone else, or taken from another social media post that he decided to share.

The images were accompanied by a brief and straightforward caption: "Letter written for El Taiger (La Tranka)." The letter conveys a deeply moving message to El Taiger, beginning with the nickname by which the artist is known, who was shot last Thursday: La Tranka.

A Call for Strength and Healing

"Give him strength, Lord, you who can do all things," begins the touching message, praying for El Taiger's swift recovery as he fights for his life at Miami's Jackson Memorial Hospital. "Lord, I ask that you lay your healing hands on José, our Tranka, to free him from all harm, give him the strength to lengthen his life, and continue to fill us with his good music and kind heart," the heartfelt text reads.

The plea concludes with: "God, I know you can do everything, give life to our king, La Tranka, so he can watch his daughters grow and remain with the people who cherish him so much. Amen."

Community Support and Artistic Tributes

Among the comments on the post, one stands out for its beauty. Karina Jorge, a social media user, shared a graphite drawing by a person from Bayamo named René Fajardo: "I want to make public the work of a young man from Bayamo, Granma, who expressed his feelings by drawing the same photograph of El Taiger." This is just one of many gestures of love and support from Cubans around the world, all hoping for El Taiger's swift recovery.

Bebeshito himself, a colleague in the music scene, recently offered the proceeds from the songs "Marca Mandarina" and "El Punto" to assist with any needs that may arise.
