The renowned Cuban reggaeton artist Yomil Hidalgo stunned his followers by unveiling images of his recently renovated home in Havana through Instagram. Proudly, the musician showcased the transformed areas in his house, highlighting the modern details and lighting in his bedroom and walk-in closet.
The photos shared on Instagram document the renovation process with before-and-after shots. To create a cohesive flow between the bedroom and the closet, a new doorway was installed, connecting the two spaces and featuring a vanity mirror. The enhanced lighting in the area also stands out, creating a relaxed ambiance among other modifications.
"To me, life is about constant change. Sacrifice now to enjoy later," the Cuban singer wrote as he revealed the refreshed spaces in his home. His posts quickly garnered hundreds of comments from followers, praising the results of the renovation. However, some also noted the stark contrast with the reality faced by many other Cubans on the island.
"Blessings, my brother, you deserve this and much more. You've been an inspiration to many young people like me," one follower commented. Others added, "You work really hard. You deserve it," "But, is this in Cuba? And the people without water or electricity, I don't understand anything," "There's no one tougher in Cuba," "People criticize him, but believe me, living that life is better in Cuba than in the U.S. In Cuba, you don't have to pay bills, you can even invent your own electricity and pay what you want, well, for the little electricity there is," and "You're there but it feels like you're here," along with "It's beautiful, blessings and enjoy it, it's stunning."
