A truck from Baracoa, Guantánamo, ended up overturned on the Central Highway, at the exit from Las Tunas towards Camagüey. The incident occurred on Thursday and resulted in no fatalities or injuries, only material damage.

Internet user Yainier Fernando Machado Acosta, a member of the Facebook group "ACCIDENTES BUSES & CAMIONES por más experiencia y menos víctimas!", shared photos of the vehicle and noted that the pavement was wet.

Other members of the group criticized the driver, asserting that in addition to the wet road, the truck must have been speeding. "Wet pavement and high speeds, because that's not an excuse to flip and land with the tires up," remarked a self-employed worker.

"It's harder for a 10-wheeler to flip. If you drive, you have to be on top of it: no conversations, no phones, no distractions. Your livelihood is driving, so pay the necessary attention and seriousness. Thank God the crew is fine, but now they're out of work," commented a resident of Havana.

"A modern 10-wheeler, what about the blockade? Lack of experience, not paying proper attention to the vehicle," another critic added.

"I passed by and spoke with the drivers, and they say a bus cut them off on the road," a taxi driver specified.
