The police in the 10 de Octubre municipality are attempting to locate the owner of an electric tricycle that was found abandoned and missing its tires on a street in Havana.

The vehicle, which was discovered without its three wheels, was found by residents of Juan Delgado Street, between Lacret and Luis Estévez in Diez de Octubre. The neighbors immediately alerted the authorities.
