Tuesday, July 30, 2024 by Ethan Navarro

Accompanied by some motivational words and a recognition of the hard work it takes to get ahead, a Cuban woman living in Italy showcased the everyday reality of her job. On TikTok, the young woman Vionaysi Beltrán, @vionaysi on TikTok, shared an uplifting message while cleaning floors: "Here in my daily routine, folks, this is the grind, you have to hustle."

In her words, which resonate with many immigrants who left their homeland in search of a better future, she acknowledged the efforts of all those who, like her, work in jobs such as cleaning, elderly care, and the hospitality industry.

"Here, many people like me in Europe at this moment are working cleaning, taking care of the elderly, waitressing, folks, this is life, this is our life here. How many like me are working in these types of jobs right now," she said.

With an optimistic and determined spirit, she motivates her followers not to give up: "I wish you all many blessings, my beautiful people, and have a happy day, and keep moving forward because we Cubans must keep fighting," she concluded in the video, which comes shortly after another where she was seen singing and dancing while working.

In previous videos, this Cuban woman has also shared the story of her father, a 69-year-old veterinary doctor who helps her with her cleaning tasks. Her content not only highlights the lives of Cuban immigrants in Europe but also underscores the strength and fighting spirit of her community.
