The U.S. dollar (USD) has risen in value for the fourth straight day in Cuba's informal currency market. As of this Friday, the USD is trading at 320 pesos cubanos (CUP), five pesos more than the previous day.

The euro has also increased in price in the informal market, now valued at five pesos more than on Thursday. It is currently being traded at a rate of 1 x 330 CUP. The only currency among the three monitored in Cuba's informal market that remained stable was the freely convertible currency (MLC), which continues to trade at 270 CUP.
