Aly Sánchez Throws Ceremonial First Pitch at Miami Marlins Game

Thursday, July 25, 2024 by James Rodriguez

Aly Sánchez enjoyed a unique experience this week by throwing the ceremonial first pitch at a Miami Marlins Major League Baseball game. The Cuban actress shared images on her Instagram profile of the moment she stepped onto the baseball field, ball in hand, to make that inaugural throw that would kick off the game.

“There are few things in life that my Robe would get excited about. This is one of them. Seeing me throw the first pitch,” wrote the Univisión presenter. Aly, donning a jersey with the number three and her name on the back, arrived on the field accompanied by her husband Roberto Balmaseda, who was just as happy, if not more, than she was. From the stands, her daughters Sarah and Sophia cheered her on, not missing a single detail.

When she finally threw the ball, the joy on the Cuban's face was evident, and as she left the field, she shared an emotional embrace with her partner. Several of her followers filled the comments with praises, but most expressed their pride in all she has achieved in her career in Miami.

“Proud to be Cuban and from Sancti Spíritus like you, blessings Aly”; “What an experience, what pride for you as a woman and a Cuban, Aly, what a beautiful experience you’ve lived”; “So proud of you, wow, you are the best, blessings and much success, you are amazing”; “How exciting and beautiful! We are so proud of you all!” wrote some of her followers.
