A young Cuban identified as Delis Ernesto Ramírez Daza has been missing since Monday morning when he left his home in Centro Habana for work but never arrived. The family, desperate for answers, has reached out for help through social media.

A cousin of Ramírez Daza mentioned on Facebook that he is 30 years old and provided the phone number 5539 3526 for any information regarding his whereabouts. Another post described him as being of average height and slim build. He was last seen wearing a blue and gray striped t-shirt, blue jeans, sneakers, and carrying a white bag.

His mother, in a state of panic, has tried to contact him since Monday, but his cell phone remains turned off. "He has been missing since yesterday morning, Monday 22/07, in Centro Habana. He left for work and never arrived, and his phone has been off ever since. This is very unlike him," reads the post.

Reports of missing persons in Cuba have become increasingly common in recent months, as have social media pleas for information. This is occurring within a context of growing violence and criminality acknowledged by the regime itself.
