Missing Ciego de Ávila Woman Last Seen on June 30

Family members of Mabel García Corrales, a resident of Ciego de Ávila, report that she has been missing since June 30 and are seeking help to find her. Known as Marbeli to her close ones, she is 54 years old and described as a woman with black hair streaked with gray and black eyes.

According to a relative who spoke to the feminist platform Alas Tensas, Marbeli suffers from a nervous condition. Like many Cubans with similar health issues, she is not currently taking any medication due to the severe shortages in the country. Her doctor had prescribed chlorpromazine.

Marbeli left her home early on June 30, wearing a black t-shirt and shorts, and was barefoot. The family reported her disappearance to the Police on July 1.
