Eduardo López Cardoso, known as “La Flaca Verónica,” and his partner Juliette Valle were victims of a burglary at their home in Miami.

In an Instagram live stream, which several influencers shared, their friend Miguelín David showcased the ransacked apartment where the couple lives.

Eduardo and Juliette had gone out on Monday to dine with friends and visit La Melliza after her mother’s passing in Cuba. Upon returning, they found their door forced open and their home in disarray, especially the bedrooms.

“They broke the door and came straight in, opened everything, took the jewelry. It was a hit job,” Miguelín narrated while showing the two rooms with belongings scattered on the floor, drawers and closets wide open.

Alongside their jewelry, the thieves also took some hats, Juliette’s bags, and a basket of dirty laundry.

As Miguelín David documented the aftermath of the burglary, the police arrived in response to the couple’s report.

Based on their assumptions after the incident, the burglars might have been watching them to strike precisely when they left the house.
