Authorities in Texas have apprehended an illegal Cuban immigrant accused of multiple crimes, including trafficking and sexual assault. Raysel Carrion-Tamayo, 34, was arrested on June 20, 2024, in Del Valle, a city on the outskirts of Austin, the state's capital.
