A young Cuban identified as Deyvis Cancio Triana was murdered last Saturday in Havana, according to reports circulating on social media.

According to a post on Facebook by user Ernesto Sánchez, the victim was shot in the mouth and stabbed in the shoulder. His body was discovered in a street in Old Havana during the early hours of Saturday. Speculation suggests that the crime may have stemmed from a dispute with his religious peers.

Cancio Triana, affectionately known as Tatín, was a jeweler residing in Cojímar. Numerous individuals on social media expressed their grief over his death and offered condolences to his family. "I am speechless, sister; he got along with everyone and wasn’t involved in anything bad," commented one user.
