The Cuban comedian Limay Blanco, who recently delivered a rechargeable fan to a needy Cuban mother, has decided to expand this initiative to benefit more bedridden children and elderly individuals. This Saturday, he requested assistance from the Cuban community.

"We want to buy 100 rechargeable fans to donate to the countryside for the babies and bedridden elderly," the comedian stated on Facebook, noting that they currently have 13 units. "Help me with whatever you can to buy the fans," Blanco said on the social network, asking for the support of those who could contribute to the initiative, which serves as a temporary relief for some people to endure nighttime power outages.

Additionally, the comedian mentioned that, although this is not a solution to the problem of power cuts in Cuba, he asked not to be criticized for his willingness to "try to put a small patch on a crack."

Recently, Blanco shared a video where he is seen distributing lollipops to Cuban children who patiently wait their turn in a line outside his house. "And don't make more lines for me, you already have me worn out," Limay joked in the emotional video that has touched social media and sparked reactions from his followers who applaud his latest gesture, adding to the many acts of solidarity and commendable support for needy Cubans for which he has been known for years.
