After an impressive stint in the lower leagues, Cuban pitcher Orlando Ribalta has been promoted to the Rochester Red Wings, the Triple-A affiliate of the Washington Nationals. The news was announced this Saturday by various media outlets and sports journalists who highlighted Ribalta's performance with the Harrisburg Senators, the Double-A affiliate of the Nationals.
