A Cuban man has been missing in Havana for over 20 days, and his family is pleading for public assistance to locate him. The missing individual, Vladimir Ulloa Guerra, has not been seen since March 30, as confirmed by a relative who contacted our editorial team for help.

"The last time he was seen was on March 30, leaving Miguel Enríquez Hospital (La Benéfica) where his mother was admitted. He is over 50 years old," the relative described.

"The incident has been reported to the police, and efforts have been made to search hospitals, parks, and public places, but there has been no sign of him," they specified.

Carlos Antonio Gracia, nephew of Ulloa Guerra, shared his photo in the Facebook group "Lista de desaparecidos en Cuba" on April 2.

"I am looking for my uncle Vladimir Ulloa Guerra, who has been missing since Friday. Please, his family is desperate. Any information, please call 50007337 or 56002090," he pleaded at the time.
